Kai is a 2 - 3 year old Staffie. He is a very friendly, outgoing boy.  He is very excitable and affectionate. He loves attention and cuddles.  He walks well on the lead and will make a wonderful pet to own. He is suitable to live with children over 14.

Santa

Santa is a 3 year old Lurcher. He is a very friendly affectionate boy.  He can be timid and anxious but once he has settled he is full of life and character.  He has a wonderful nature and will make a fantastic pet to own. He is suitable to live with any age children.

Corky

Corky is a 13 year old Cocker Spaniel. He is a loving, quiet dog. He adores the company of people and is very affectionate. He enjoys going for short walks and is looking for a quiet loving home. He is suitable to live with children over 16 and cats.

Percy

Louis is a 5 month old Rottie. He is a very sweet, gentle puppy who loves cuddles.  He can sit and walks well on the lead.  He can be timid of other dogs but once he know them he likes to play.  He has a lovely temperament and will make a rewarding pet to own. Barley

Barley is a 5 year old Staffie. He is a very strong, independent dog.  He loves people and attention but he feels uncomfortable around other dogs. He is a lovely dog who is very sensitive and sweet natured, he has had a very unsettled time and desperately need owners who are prepared to give him a forever home. He is suitable to live with children over 16.

Jingles

Jingles is a 4 year old Rottie. She is a big, bouncy girl who loves food and going on walks. She needs a strict diet as she is very overweight. She can be naughty with some other dogs but she gets on well with others. She is very friendly and enjoys learning new things. She can sit, give both paws, lie down and wait, she walks quite well on the lead. She has a cheeky character and will make a fun pet to own. She is suitable to live with children over 14.

Comet

Comet is an 18 month old Collie cross. He is a very sweet, affectionate boy who loves cuddles and attention.  He adores playing with any type of toys and is sociable with other dogs.  He can be very insecure outside of the home so likes lots of cuddles and affection.  He is fully housetrained and travels well in the car.  He is looking for experienced owners who are able to spend time training and exercising him.  He has a lovely nature and will make a loyal companion to own. He is suitable to live with children over 14.

Sadie

Sadie is  a 2 year old Rottie. She is a sweet girl who loves cuddles and attention.  She is very well behaved and has a lot of basic training.  She can sit, lie down, give paw, wait, leave and walk very well on the lead.  She has lived with other dogs previously but can unsure of some dogs.  She is looking for experienced owners.  She has a lovely character and will make a wonderful pet to own. She is suitable to live with children over 16 and cats.

Mince Pie

Mince Pie is a 2 year old Staffie. She is a very timid but sweet girl.  She enjoys cuddles and attention but a new owner will need to takes things slowly with her to build her confidence.  She has basic training and is willing to learn more and tries hard to please people.  Mince Pie will make a wonderful pet to own. Hicksy       

Hicksy is a 3 year old German Shepherd cross Akita. He is a sweet boy but can be shy initially.  He has been well behaved with all the dogs he has met here at Gables Farm but was unsure about some male dogs in his previous home.  He has basic training which will need to be developed.  He is looking for experienced owners who can give him plenty of exercise and training.  He is a very gentle and affectionate dog and will  make a lovely pet to own. He is suitable to live with children over 16.

Laddie

Laddie is an 8 year old Collie. He is a friendly, playful boy who has been brought up on a farm.  He has basic training which will need to be developed but he is willing to learn.  He loves to play with balls and will retrieve. He has a lovely nature and will need plenty of exercise and stimulation to help to keep him occupied and happy. He is suitable to live with children over 14.

Susie

Susie is a 1 year old Doberman cross German Shepherd. She is bouncy, fun and full of life. She loves other dogs and is more confident with them than she is with people. She is looking for experienced owners who will help her to build on her confidence. She is an extremely loving and affectionate dog. She is suitable to live with children over 16.

Rudolph

Rudolph is a 1 year old Staffie. He is a very sweet laid back boy.  He loves to play fetch and adores squeaky toys. He is very friendly with people and other dogs and just enjoys company. He has basic training and walks well on the lead, he also knows sit, paw and beg. He is a cheeky boy who will make a wonderful companion to own. He is suitable to live with children over 10. Rex

Rex is a 7 year old German Shepherd. He loves people and attention. He is partially deaf but he loves tennis balls and will retrieve them. He is fully housetrained and can sit and is generally well behaved. He is looking for experienced owners due to his insecurity of other dogs. He is still active but he does tire easily and will be happy with light regular walks. He is a sweet old boy looking for a forever home. He is suitable to live with children over 12.

Rocky

Rocky is a 2 year old Dalmatian. He is very sweet and comical once he knows people and has lots of energy. He loves food and is extremely responsive when it is used for training. He is unsure around other dogs so would be better suited to a home without any other dogs. He is looking for a quiet home with experienced understanding owners who are prepared to give him time to settle and adjust and not rush him. He has lots of love to give, he just needs a special home to give him the chance to show it. He is looking for a home with adults only.

Skye

Skye is a 12 month old Collie. She is a very loving dog and enjoys having lots of cuddles, long walks and learning new things. She can sit and give both paws. She is looking for an active home where she can attend training classes and go for long walks. She is a very loving dog and will make a great family pet. Stan is a 2 year old American Bulldog cross Staffy. He is a very kind, gentle boy who just wants cuddles and affection.  He loves everyone he meets and is a big softy. He has a lovely temperament and does bond quickly to people.  He will need further training to build on his basic training. He walks well on the lead and can sit.  He is full of character and will make a terrific companion and loving pet to own. He is suitable to live with children over 16.

Sonny

Sonny is an 18 month old Jack Russell cross. He is a cheeky independent character.  He is full of life and is very wriggly when he is supposed to stand still for handling or grooming.  He is ok with some dogs but prefers to be the only dog.  He is a typical terrier and will need experienced owners who are willing to spend time improving his basic training.  He will make a wonderful pet to own. He is suitable to live with adults only.

Mimi

Mimi is a 12 month old Collie cross. She is an active girl who enjoys long walks, meeting dogs and having cuddles. She can sit and give both paws. She can be strong on the lead and will pull towards other dogs but she does greet nicely and wants to play. She is looking for a very active home where she can receive lots of training and have regular long walks. She is suitable to live with any age children.

Fenn

Fenn is a 5 year old Collie. He loves playing fetch and works well for toys, he really loves balls. He is very well trained and can sit, give paw, lie down, stay, leave, fetch and has a good recall. He is an affectionate dog and is good in the home. He needs a home where he can get the dedicated socializing and training he needs. He is looking for an adult only home.

Keely is a 2 year old Lurcher. She is a timid dog but loves the company of people and is affectionate. She can sit, give both her paws and will lie down. She loves learning and would benefit from attending training classes, to help improve socializing skills with people and other dogs. He is a bouncy, playful boy who is cheeky and full of mischief.  He loves people and attention and is very lively.  He has attended puppy classes and has basic training but this will need to be continued in a new home.  He needs experienced owners who are prepared to give him the time and dedication he deserves. Chunks

Chunks is a 5 year old Staffie. He is a quiet, timid boy who loves cuddles and affection.  He is friendly with other dogs but prefers not to be pestered by them.  He has played happily with dogs he knows well.  He needs a quiet, experienced home where he will receive lots of cuddles and attention. He will make a wonderful dog to own. He is suitable to live with children over 15.

Shady

Shady is an 8 year old Staffie. He is a cheeky boy who is very lively at times! He enjoys the company of people but likes affection on his terms and does not like to be fussed too much. He walks well on the lead and enjoys the company of people. He came into the Home after being starved and left in a field to die! He is now fully recovered and feeling much better. He has found his feet and has a new zest for life!! He is looking for experienced Staffie owners. He is suitable to live with children over 16 and loves cats.

Tiny Tim

Tiny Tim is a 2 ½ year old Rottie. He is a big softie and has a lovely temperament.  He loves other dogs.  He has basic training which will need further developing in a new home.  He is looking for experienced large breed owners as he can be very strong at times.  He is a lovely, sweet boy and deserve a loving, sensible home for life. He is suitable to live with children over 14.  Reserved. We can take second reserves.

Fergus

Fergus is an 8 month old Collie. He is almost blind and needs a very special home. He is extremely friendly and affectionate and asks constantly for cuddles and reassurance. He walks well on the lead but does bump into things a lot! He can become frightened of noises which he cannot understand. He is wary of other dogs because he cannot see them and is really looking for a home where he will be the only pet. He needs experienced, patient owners who have lots of time and energy as he is a lively boy! He is lots of fun and will make a wonderful pet to own. He is suitable to live with children over 16. Cosmos

Cosmos is an 18 month old Springer Spaniel cross Collie. He is extremely lively, energetic, and loves to play. He has had some training and knows several commands. He can be destructive when left on his own so he needs a home where his owners will be around most of the time. He will need very patient, active owners who are prepared to continue his training and keep him occupied and stimulated. He is a lovely dog who is full of character. Reserved. Donovan & Rosie

Donovan is a 4 year old male Labrador cross. Rosie is a 3 year old Lurcher. Donovan is a timid but friendly boy who can be vocal.  Rosie a timid girl who can be wary of new situations. They are strong on the lead but walk well once they have settled.  They have very sweet natures and are affectionate and cuddly.  They need experienced owners who have the time and energy to dedicate to develop their training.  They are looking for a home together as they are inseparable. They are suitable to live with children over 14.

Maisy

Maisy is a 3 year old Collie cross. She is a very affectionate dog and enjoys cuddles from everyone. She has had basic training and can sit, give both paws and lay down. She loves food and take treats gently but will need a bit of work to ease her anxiety she feels if her food is taken away from her. She is a lovely dog who needs an active loving home. She is suitable to live with children over 16.

Barney

Barney is a 4 year old American Bulldog. Once he gets to know you he is very loving and loves cuddles. He has had a very unsettled life and needs experienced and dedicated owners. He is looking for an adult only home where he will be the only pet. He is not currently on public view as he has his own special kennel.

Vinnie

He is a 6 year old Staffie. He is a very friendly, lively boy who is obsessed with toys especially footballs.  He is uncomfortable around other dogs so care will need to be taken when out in public areas.  He has had basic training and is fully housetrained.  He is also crate trained.  He is looking for experienced owners who have the time to put into training him and keeping him safe. He will make a lovely dog to own. He is suitable to live with children over 12.

Floss

Floss is a 2 year old Staffie cross. She is a lovely, sweet girl who loves to sit on your lap for cuddles.  She is timid of other dogs so would be better suited as the only dog in a home.  She has had basic training but would benefit from further lead training and socialising with other dogs.  She has a lovely, kind nature and will make a rewarding pet to own. She is suitable to live with children over 6.

Jimi

Jimi is a 3 year old Staffie. He loves food and is willing to learn. He can sit, give both paws and beg. He loves being with people and enjoy cuddles. He likes most toys and will play by himself but he might chew his toys so care will need to be taken. He will need an active home and time to further his training. He will be a great dog to own. He is suitable to live with children over 10.

Danny Boy

Danny Boy is a 7 year old Collie cross. He is a laid back dog who likes cuddles. He is clean in the house and enjoy walks. He is very sweet natured but is unsure of young children.  He will need regular long walks and time to develop his socialising skills. He is suitable to live with children over 16.

Polo

Polo is a 4 year old Greyhound. He is a laid back dog and enjoys the company of people. He is fine to meet other dogs but will be better suited to a home on his own. He  walks well on the lead. He is an ex racer so must always be muzzled when in a public place. He loves people and will make a great laid back companion. He is suitable to live with children over 8.

Jojo

Jojo is a 13 year old German Shepherd cross. She is lively, excitable dog with a very sweet nature.  She enjoys most types of food so will work well for food.  Despite her age Jojo is still very active and will make a loyal companion for an experienced owner. She is uncomfortable around other dogs so will need to be the only dog in a home. She is suitable to live with children over 3.

Star

Star is a 6 year old Greyhound. He is a lively dog who loves to chase toys.  He must always wear a muzzle in public due to him being an ex racer.  He is timid of other dogs except greyhounds so would be better suited as an only dog.  Star will make a rewarding companion to own. He is suitable to live with children over 14.

Sally

Sally is a 6 year old Collie cross. She is an intelligent dog so learns quickly. She is not keen on being left alone so will need a home where people are home most of the day. She would need to be the only dog as she is uncomfortable around other dogs. Sally is a nice dog who with further training will be a rewarding dog to own. She is suitable to live with children over 14.
