“We would like to thank you for the friendly, professional and lovable way you looked after Chelsea for 3 weeks whilst we were on our holidays. When she had some stiffness in her muscles you not only immediately sought professional help from your vet but you also found time to contact us while we were away, so that we knew what was going on. When we arrived back home and collected her, it was obvious that she had been looked after extremely well and was very happy in mannerism.
