I had complete confidence in everyone at Gables to care for Kiri as if she was their own. Your kennels are kept scrupulously clean and the animals always looked very well cared for. It would not have been easy looking after Kiri in view of her complicated medication regime, but I always knew that her tablets would be administered at the correct time, before or after food, as required. It was always a comfort to know that you would keep in touch with me, to let me know how Kiri was. I especially appreciated your kindness in having Kiri as your ‘office dog’ when she became blind. She was treated like the little princess that she was!
