Although named after peppers, we do not have a spicy personality! In fact I, Habanero, am quite the opposite. I am a mellow, sweet little man who is quite shy. My friend Serrano can be quite reserved on first appearances, but if you move nice and slowly around him, he will approach you for a stroke. We are looking for a nice quiet home where we can slowly come out of our shells in our own time. We enjoy gentle head strokes and our confidence is growing as the days go by. Our new home must not have lots of visitors as this may make us feel anxious. Just a nice quiet abode to settle into would be ideal. Given enough time, patience and love we should adjust into the cats we were destined to be. There is nothing more in life that we want then our own humans to take care of our every need. I hope you haven’t forgotten that cats own humans and it is not the other way round!

The key to a successful new relationship between a cat and human is patience.
