Gables Farm is committed to the highest standards of customer care. However your comments are vital to us so we can ensure these standards are continually met.
Making a complaint
We realise that making a complaint is not always easy so we would like to assure you that we will take your complaint seriously and handle it in a professional and timely manner.
How to contact Gables Farm with your comments
In order for us to investigate thoroughly, we ask that you submit your complaint in writing to Mrs Claire Sparkes, General Manager in one of the following ways:

We will acknowledge your comments and ensure that the appropriate manager or department has been made aware of them within seven working days.
Your complaint will be fully investigated and a response sent as quickly as possible but in no more than 28 days.
The reply will usually be a full explanation but in some cases we may inform you that more time in needed to investigate.
In the event that a credit card donation is made to Gables Farm via our website as a result of fraud or misuse, or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate and arrange a refund as necessary.
