Hello everyone, Cabbage here.

I’m a very high energy young man who is looking for someone who has owned excitable adolescent dogs before. I’m very people focused which means I like to have plenty of interaction. At times I can become overzealous with my play leading to grabbing but with consistent training I know this is something that will quickly become a thing of the past. I adore playing with toys and I will bring toys straight to your hand when I am ready to play. I enjoy tug games and I like fetch too. Toys are a high motivator for me can be used as a distraction when I’m having training. I’m also very food focused and I have already got some basic foundation skills under my belt, including sit, paw and lie down.

I really like getting out and about for my walks and I am very social with other dogs. I’m polite when socialising and although I enjoy a good game of chase I know there I times I need to wait until the other dog is ready to play with me. I would really benefit from attending a structured training class for adolescent dogs once I have settled in to my new home to help me learn how to focus my energy productively.

I’ve been told that I am a lovely boy and with some training I will be the perfect companion.
