I’m such a sweet young man with so much to offer. I was found back in March as a small puppy with a huge number of other dogs without food, water or shelter. Since then I have come on leaps and bounds and I am growing up to be a very loving and happy boy.
I am looking for someone who has owned and trained active and enthusiastic dogs before and who are ready for loads of fun. I will also need someone who has experience with typical collie traits such as herding behaviours and be prepared that we will need to do lots of training together. When I’m fully grown I will need 2+ hours of exercise daily and I would love to some kind of activity such as agility or flyball. I know that a busy household with lots of people will cause me to become over-whelmed as I have a need to keep people together (that’s the collie in me), so I am looking for a home with no more than 3 people.
I love going for walks and when I’m with other dogs I want to be in the front. I can get quite anxious if I fall behind. I enjoy exploring, sniffing and socialising on my walks. When I mix on and off the lead with other dogs I can be very excitable so I’ll need a tolerant house mate who loves to play.
I adore playing with all kinds of toys, I usually take them to bed with me. I quite enjoy a game of tug too. As my new family you’ll need to help me learn the basics such as house training and basic life skills. Are you ready to take me under you wing?
