Are you ready?
Get set…..GO!
Ahh too slow to keep up with me aren’t you! I’m Gollum and I am a very busy, bouncy and high energy chap. I’m always on the go and I need plenty of things to do to keep me out of trouble. My new owner will need to be used to training over zealous and chaotic terriers. You will need a ton of patience, positivity and time to spend with me.
I was lucky enough to be placed in a foster home along with my brother when we were younger to help us learn vital life skills. The person who took me home at night worked at Gables in the day so I could still come in and keep up to date with all the gossip. Although I am generally good with other dogs I do often get myself into trouble with other dogs which is why I am looking for a home where I can have the house all to myself.
As I am a bit of a handful I can only go to a home with older children. This is because at the moment I explore the world with my mouth and even the adults say this can be uncomfortable so little people will be sure to find me too much.
As you would expect from my breed I love to chase anything that moves. There were 2 cats in my foster home but we had to be kept separately at all times because I just wanted to chase them and due to my rough nature I would definitely have hurt them if I was able to spend time with them.
I am going to be a big commitment to whoever takes me on as I will need plenty of training and exercise. I am likely to be lots of hard work and not for the faint hearted or fair weather walkers.
