Hiya, I’m Primrose.

I’m a very shy and gentle girl and I am still finding my feet since arriving here, but slowly my personality is starting to show.  I’m looking for a very calm and quiet household with owners who have had nervous bull breeds before so you can help me settle without too much pressure and when I’m ready to engage, start being able to help me build up my confidence. I appreciate gentle human affection and I will shuffle up behind you to ask for a cuddle. I’m really worried about anyone touching my head, even gently and I will wince and flinch so I prefer people to scratch my shoulders and neck.

I’m a very amenable dog who will avoid things that worry me.  I like going for a walk and I give a little wiggle when I see my harness come out. I like gentle exercise in quiet places and I would be happy with two 30 minute walks a day.

At the moment I don’t want to play with toys but in the future once I am feeling more confident maybe I’ll want to play with a tennis ball. I am hoping my new owners will be able to teach me some basic skills in my new home including how to sit when I am asked. I am likely to need house training too. I’m a lovely girl who just needs very calm and patient owners to help me see the world can be a good place.
