Hello, my name is Spinach. I’ve had a really tough start to life after I was found without food, water or shelter along side loads of other dogs. Sadly, being a few months old before I was found I had missed out on my critical period of socialisation which has left me nervous when I meet new people. It can take me some time to bond with someone new but when I do you will start to see the puppy inside me. You’ll also see my cuddly side as I do appreciate affection. I’m a bit interested in toys but I’m not entirely sure what to do with them, maybe you could show me?

I’m looking to find someone who has had experience with nervous active breeds before so that we can build on my confidence together. I’d eventually love to be confident enough to attend agility classes, which is something we should be able to achieve. My new home will need to have a safe and secure garden for me to play in with boundaries at least 5ft high throughout.

When meeting other dogs I can be a little shy at first. I’m always respectful and when I feel more confident I actually quite enjoy playing with other dogs. I like going for walks and I am looking forward to learning all about the world around me. I’ve got loads to offer if you take things nice and slow with me. Do you think we could be the perfect match?
