Hello there, I’m Tock!

Prior to coming to Gables I was living outdoors and being trained as a working dog. I’d not had much chance to socialise with humans so when I arrived I was very shy and unsure of new people.  I have now had chance to settle in and I have really come out of my shell. Although I can still find meeting strangers a bit un-nerving initially I am now much more confident generally.

I am a boisterous and playful chap, sometimes getting a little too excited with the people I spend lots of time with. I like playing with toys and I respond well to basic requests such as sit.

I am extremely dog social and in recent weeks I have made a very special friend here. Initially Everdeen and I would go for walks together and we enjoyed each others company so much that we started playing off the lead in the paddock. We have both been finding the kennel environment a bit stressful but having each other to play with has made us both much happier. As a result we have started sharing a kennel here and we now live together permanently. We spend all day play fighting, sharing toys and having lots of fun. As we are so well bonded we are now looking for a new home together as we don’t want to be separated.
